REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Al Qassem Farms, we take the quality of every order seriously. Every delivery is carefully packed and inspected before it leaves the farm.

Our Policy All quality concerns must be raised upon delivery, in the presence of the delivery person. We do not accept complaints after the order has been received and accepted.

If a genuine quality issue is identified at the time of delivery, we offer one of the following resolutions at our discretion:

  • Full or partial refund
  • Replacement of the affected items
  • Store credit for a future order

To process any complaint, a photo of the affected product is required.

We are committed to making every experience right. If something is not up to our standard, we will fix it.
